Raising funds from overseas investors

Their are a limited number of angels in India and most of them are struggling with their investments and hence not investing pre revenue.

Can the experienced here pls suggest how to go about raising funds from overseas angels.

If an overseas individual were to put money in India, what are the issues, structure, exit related items to consider? more

Most of the overseas investors used to put their hard earned money back in India and get cheated. No one to take care about them. They do not have time to fight in courts to save their investments/properties. Horrible state of affairs. more

FIIs should be structured and earmarked for space, talent, operations and after-sales management. There can also be a Cat for Investment. Under Talent, there should be a structure for local hires and expatriates, T&D, etc. The more specific and detailed the structures, the less the chances are for errors. more
