Subject 2 - Corruption in Government Recruiting - Inputs Needed
My suggestion is as under :
At the time of joining Government service OR becoming a NETA the person must declare all assets fixed movable liquid etc for following persons
1. Self , WIfe
2. SONS Daughters their spouse
3. Father in law mother in law of self and SON daughter
4. Real brothers and sisters of self and Wife
Every 2 years the return should be submitted compulsorily and some computer programme should do analysis of the details the increase in assets to be matched with the annual income tax return filed by each person which should be mandatory.
There should be minimum personal intervention in selection process like it is done in case of CAT IIT JEE etc where there are no complaints from any one of corrupt practices
Please ask Govt of India why they do not follow the pattern followed in IIT JEE for ENgineering admission and CAT exam for admission to MBA these examinations and interview are going on for many years without any complaints. Further instead of interview they can have lottery system for those who clear the exam for lower grades.
They should have lottery system managed by computer program for all types of selections at lower grades so no one will blame any one more

For any Political leader, it should be mandatory to serve defence service that too at the border area for minimum 1 year below office rank to realisel the love for nation and nationals. The person (male/female/transgender) who so ever is filling form for election "nation serving" should be shortlisting criteria as asset assement etc.. more

Good Idea to link with Aadhar. Also it should be made compulsary to declare movable or immovable assets while filing Income Tax Return. First of all, we should find the root cause of corruption in recruiting in Govt. & PSUs. Why the candidates having M Com, MSc, PhD, MBA, MTech are applying for class IV Govt. jobs ? The reason for lust to grab Govt. job are: 1) Handsome salary. 2) Secure job till superannuation. 3) Guaranteed annual increment 4) Payment of DA installments. 5) Time bound promotion 6) Non-accountability. 7) No pressure to performance. 8) Pension, perks and quota after retirement. If salaries/perks are linked to performance in every Govt. body, fewer people will opt for Govt. jobs and the level of corruption will come down drastically. Presently, people are competing to pay around Rs.10.00 lac for class IV and in crores for class-I & II jobs. # METOO culture is prevalent every where. more
