My close friend (40) who died this week in Melbourne had covid 3 times. The first time wasn’t so bad, the second one knocked him around pretty badly, and the third time he died of it. We’re in the middle of a new surge, and you’re not as protected as you might think. Please be careful and wear a mask.

Very sad. For survival man must learn from nature. Increased gentrification of cities, increased concretisation, vast demands for energy, paving over natural soil, all a result of vast populations going urban with over-population led demands to survive, there has been a near environmental catastrophe. Covid induced a reset, with people thinking again about their rampant consumerism, with the affluent having a buffer, staying put until situation became normal. Helped with mass vaccinations, using emergency use authorised route, science again helped restore normalcy, saving lives, those lessons have been as quickly forgotten. We must be extra cautious. more

Extremely sad to hear about this. Yes it is scary and we need to be extra cautious when we go out even if we are vaccinated. more
