1. Digital attendance system. If one attends in time, and login in system in time and for going back to home, after time, it is o.k. Or system should automatically treat user as absent and leave to be deducted accordingly.
2. All employees including chairman and director, must put their name plate and designation on their table. In addition, they also must have badge on their clothes with name, designation and photo. They must wear the same during office hours.
3. All tables also must display contact number and email address for complaint if they are not satisfied or bribery is sought for.
Now customers know employees names, designation and in case of bribery, they can always complaint afterwords. Suitable immediate actions to be taken in all such cases.
4. C.C. TVs. In all offices and all cabins and in working conditions, which should be continuously monitored by some external agency and reported upon.

There will be a great impact by the digital attendance system. The attitude of the corrupt officials and officers will be diverted due to punctuality. The cured corrupt persons may take care of the other persons too not to come late and thus irregularities will be overcome. more

The more the transparency the better to arrest corruption.In the income tax office voice recording system should be put in all rooms to record conversations between clients and officials.They all should bear the badges and should be trained as to hoe to behave with taxpayers visiting offices. more

There should be a toll free number to receive the complaints and it should be enquired and resolved within two working days. more

Corrupt people are also very clever. They expect and receive some 'advantage' outside whereby they can escape getting caught in spite of their being corrupt. The lavish expenditure on the part of corrupt people needs to be secretly captured in videos which can be automatically transmitted directly into the computer in ACB office in a non-erasible manner such that investigation can be launched on the basis of such video. Furthermore, records of transactions in valuables including properties, gold ornaments, diamonds should be allowed access by ACB Officials who may may launch investigation as to whether such Asses are beyond the ken of the known legal sources of income of the holders. Safeguards should, of course, be put in place against abuse or misuse of the powers vested in ACB officials. more
