together against corruption

corrution can be controlled either while taking or while enjoying. It is impossible to control while giving as many people are involved and no machinary is available . But if Govt is willing it can have a check while enjoying.
HOW?
what will one do with extra money? purchase land or building or jwellary or shares. all these can be effectively controlled by verification of tax returns.
Govt do not do it.
Even MLAs and MPs while filing nomination papers disproportionate wealth accuulated over five years is shown. no one questions. rules should be such the discrepancy if not explained with support documents should cause disqualification as public representative once for all.
People investing outside the country should be summarily dealt with. The cases should be closed wthin two years.
There should a ceiling on personal wealth of an individual.
there should be tax supported check for all transactions of fund transfer, purchase of property including jwellary worth more than 10 lacs to prevent binami transactions.
people transacting more than 5 lacs in cash should be criminally booked as economic offence. more

basic thing in corruption is following rules and doing things as per rules only, once we can forgo our personal benefit and stay within rules, we can surely resist the corruption to large extend In addition there must be campaign and monitoring of civil servants by making it compulsory to declare assets of self and family every 2-3 years and this is checked by Vigilance dept regularly too This is costing our nation seriously and hence all steps need to be taken to fight corruption at all levels, to start with Police, Municipal corp and Water Corporation etc immediately more
Govt itself is not serious on a corruption free society, this Govt by a recent amendment to anti corruption Law has made bribe giving an offence punishable up to 7 years imprisonment & bribe takers are protected by a provision which mandates prior sanction from a "competent authority" even to conduct a discrete enquiry. and the sanction hardly comes. more
Ratan Tata is corrupt . How corruption can be controlled by the Public jionetly.Or Police ,CBI, Vigilance ,CID ,Itax departments should work sincerely then only corruption can be controlled.I am victim of curuption of police whereas no response even informed to Chief Minister of Maharashtra more
Police reforms is no party agenda, involve civilian staff from Home ministry in Police stations. Also post one staff from Law deptt who will prima facie scruitine before any case filed. more
There is very big 'IF' more
Corruption can be controlled through strong administration. If the government itself is corrupt, how can you expect corruption to be eradicated. more
