UP cases surging and elections announced
Noida is the worst district. 1171 cases. Spurt in COVID19 cases in UP with 6411 new cases & 6 deaths in 24 hrs. Noida reported 1141 cases, Lucknow 876, Ghaziabad 683, Meerut 636, Varanasi 337, Agra 271, Moradabad 236, Mathura 173, Kanpur 160, Prayagraj 126.

All voters may follow Govt. Guidelines and cast their vote . Election commission has taken right decesion. Corona cases may be rising but peoples not following Govt. Guidelines are resonsible for it only. more

Election Commission has announced the election with best of intentions and to conduct them in the best possible way. There is no guarantee at least for the next 6 months when the virus would go and no other huddles would surface to conduct the elections in normal way. more

True.....if the peak is to come on February..then certainly it is not the right time to conduct elections......people may remain indoors instead of going to vote.....this can also lead to govt coming info power which majority of people may not like and being cautious may not vote too more
