Airtel service is pathetic on sector 49 Sohna road Gurgaon.

Airtel broadband is 'unfantastico'. The connectivity and speed are always a problem in Palam Vihar Gurgaon. On complaint, their technicians always show you full signal strength on computer screen.

Yes, they don't lag behind in sending the monthly bill on time, followed by regular reminders.

Overall, service it's very poor.

Airtel was just horrible - neither got good connectivity nor the speed . Out of 30 days in a month it was off for 15 days. But they were regular in sending their bills. Having got disgusted their service I changed over to TRIPLE Play broadband available in my sector & I am very happy with its speed , service & pricing.

You broadband inconsistent, often goes out of order twice and for more than 3-4 hrs due to problem at their end, both download & upload speed vary throughout the day and at times for days. Also, the service of You Broadband usually runs at lower speed than committed speed. But one good thing about You Broadband people is that they are polite and try to attend complaints.

Poor speed. Surrendered and tried Airtel/Idea/You broadband. Airtel consumes the data fast despite poor use and not proper justification ever given. Idea speed poor. You broadband inconsistent, often goes out of order twice and for more than 3-4 hrs due to problem at their end, both download & upload speed vary throuout the day despite dedicated larger cable size.
