One of the worst internet service with low reliability in Gurgaon

This service is pathetic, just like govt offices. For one, their charges are high and in return they give less Mpbs. Once the 2 Mpbs is over, the speed comes down to 512 kbps which even a snail can be faster. Also their customer service is bad, no one speaks in English and they do not respond correctly to the complaints. I had used this service provider as I wanted an address proof for past three years however now I have disconnected it as I had shifted my house and had given the necessary documents to shift my phone/broadband connection but it was not done for almost one month and I was getting bills to pay. Inspite of repeated visits to the office in South City and phone calls, they did not shiift the line. I got fed up and disconnected the connection.
