Police reform should be taken on top most priority. present system is as continue as from British era, Social Education and Salary reform are must, pertaining corruption is a big Issue, and this can be addressed by introducing compulsory years of serving to other states then home state, some incentives can be introduced for this, and % basis shuffling of Police can be done, deputation on a particular location can be circled and decided by analysis of effective working data, and best suited Time frame for deputation on a single location can be freeze. this shuffling will brake the chain of corruption which goes from bottom to higher ups. and the force in which majority people witness or may become a part of system failure can gain their pride of serving nation.
