Indian railways is doing good on cleanliness, timely operations and providing better services, what is needed is regular check on cleaning of coaches and toilets in the train and platforms and make the lower staff more accountable too

Sad state. Safety, services, cleanliness, punctuality all need immediate attention and funds.

Train running late is a big issue, why not concern ministry take it seriously.. they least bother about public's time. they dont feel shame when public sitting/standing/lying down on plateform and waiting room.

Pathetic in all areas - implementation of good ideas terrible.
