Excellent Airline. Looks after the Defence personnel, like no other airlines.

Highly overrated and expensive.
Ground staff sometimes behave very awkwardly.

I had experience with almost all airlines in use of my work related travel. Only the advantage and the plus point is their time management,and cleanness, otherwise its facility like leg space,drinking water very poor,they are saying it is the lo cost one but never.their rates are almost equal or higher than others (jet) .even they are taking advantage of poor leg space and use to sell first rows on extra cost after take off.

A good Airline. I agree with them that they need not serve free meals. Their cleanliness is impeccable. Ticket prices are still too high.
