It is much netter now. However, I find crew members must be trained well for serving meal on board. They are very slow and casual. However, the best part is that they maintain time.

they try to charge the customer for any small msitake in the name of ontime performance. they even increase flight time just to ensure on time performance. but if the customer gets late even by 10 minuted, even if the aircraft has nottaken off they do not allow them to board and collect full fare and put in next flight. it is more for profit rather than passenger benefit.

We have travelled roundtrip between Bangalore and Dehradun/Bagdogra/Guwahati. The services have been satisfactory for a budget carrier.
