As long as they keep their fares economical they will be OK

low cost airline and the fares are toooooo beyond the full carriers. These guys dont even offer water. Disgusting behaviour of ground staff

I would generally prefer Indigo.
Last experience feedback was provided to airlines. This was in regard to on-board meal charges in international flights and its payment mechanism. Meal charges were being claimed in US $ even from Indian Passengers and charges through Credit Card was failing. Perhaps the Indigo Management might have given some attention to my feedback. Cost of meals was high as compared to when paid in national flights.

Good airlines always on time staff is very good
