I am a regular user of Ola and Uber all around the country and found much satisfactory, except in Hyderabad, where because of Language problem, drivers are not able to communicate properly nor able to red the map, hence takes odd routes.

Good as of now. But surge pricing killing. Often tough / un-comfortable drivers are an issue.

Good. If time is important, they are very good and reliable. Best part we as customer feel, we are king as compared to old Kali peli taxi few years back. what ever they will charge - they will give receipt.
