OLA Cabs

I, at Bengaluru was put to difficulty twice by OLA cab who did not turn up after confirmation. I have since stopped using their services.

I was kept waiting for more than an hour after booking an Ola cab. I was awiting at quite a prominent place not difficult to identify. After calling up the driver several times he cancelled the booking from his end. This happened twice.
In the second instant I gave my car for servicing and booked an Ola for coming home. Both the General Motor's service centre and my home are in posh areas of Kolkata. Again I was kept waiting for 1 hour, I found a new Ola cab which was waitin in line for servicing at the same place, I requested the driver to call up the driver of the cab I booked from my phone,which he did twice. But the taxi never came. He adviced me to cancel the booking whic I did and came back by an Yellow taxi. I am disgusted with Ola's service.

I find the services pretty good.

Despite of being NRI ,I used Ola taxi quite frequently in Delhi/Ghaziabad/NCR,but sometimes in the evening they decline the booking.It is quite frustrating.
LPG engine is an issue as if you have the luggage then it is problem to adjust.
