OLA Cabs

Generally service is good. But some drivers refuse trips and cancel bookings and some drivers give false information to customers about their actual whereabouts after booking is confirmed on app cleverly compelling customer to cancel the ride.

Price is higher, they deny to some of the routes, cancel the booking, some times arrogant driver, stopped using their services

Refusal / Not answering is a big issue with OLA, drivers are at times unaware of the specific locality, takes the long route based on GPS,

Pathetic... they just cancel the booking... i happened to face 10 such scenario on the same day... they just cancel after accepting the booking and speaking to you! And if they see you are not paying cash they cancel your ride...
