Extremely poor Vodafone signal and at many times No Network!! Not a single call gets completed without a call-drop. And this has been the case for many years now. I am self employed and have to mostly work from home. And by now, all my friends and business contacts know that they have to call me on my landline because they can't reach me on Vodafone. I have registered several complaints with Vodafone but there has been no improvement. Their service in my area is not worth even a single star rating :(

once the best in the market is now stung call drops and data speed fluctuation to spam caller you name it. It is taking a nose dive inspite of regularly reminding them of shortcomings.
Mishandling of Mobile Number Portability. Ported my number 7406747747 from Vodafone Karnataka to Vodafone Chennai. Vodafone Karnataka raises bill and I pay before due date. Same bill amount Vodafone Chennai duplicates in other credits and demands and harasses me for payment. Before due date paid the Chennai component of Bill. Vodafone Karnataka and Vodafone Chennai wont speak with each other and ultimately the outgoing connection was cut today (18-Nov-2016). Escalating up to Nodal through mail with Invoices and receipts attached was of no use.
After Mr.Suresh Prabhu took over the reigns, the state of Indian railway platform has become fantastic. Earlier we used to see/get dirty things(and even dirty smell of toilet(i.e., urine smell)) on the platforms/walkovers. Now, there are cleaners standing alert in these areas and maintaining it pretty clean. I observed this especially in Bangalore and Mantralaya railway stations. Also there are many services like 'destination station alert' and dedicated telephone numbers for different services etc.,
Kudos to Mr. Suresh Prabhu and his team for the great work which was not observed for many years earlier. This is the best example to highlight that 'IF ONE WANTS TO DO THE WORK/SERVICE, HE/SHE CAN DO IT AT ANY COST IRRESPECTIVE OF THE SIZE OF THE ORGANIZATION'.
I asked them for a new number which has to be added in group (C.U.G) but they gave me an individual connection on my name and promised me that it will be added in the group within 3 days of time but they didnt add that in group after repeated visiting there office and the Customer Care Excutive didnt receive my calls. But when I started shooting mails to them they activated my new Number is CUG connection in a higher rental plan which was not required by me. So made several complains to Grievance Office, Nodal Office there Head Office In kolkata, none of them helped. And this cheaters have eaten my security deposit and have raised a bill on me. I have sent mails to Telecom Department minister but they also didn't do anything
