Data connectivity is unsteady especially the 4G services.

Very Poor network with broken communication and frequent call drops.

While the voice connectivity is good in most places in Kolkata, there customer service is shoddy to say the least! The 4G is not stable throughout.

I have had a problem with the connectivity in my office. Their engineer visited the premises and said that a booster needed to be installed. This was over a YEAR back!! Despite repeated e-mails and phone calls, no booster has been installed.

In fact, they have kept on postponing the date of installation by 1 week every time, saying that we apologize and it will be done next week. One of their personnel even told me on phone that a booster is very expensive so they are taking time! Time more than one year!! And that they don't know when a booster might be available.

I have faced a similar problem with the billing for international roaming as some other people where Vodafone does not use pro-rata method of billing.

Network is very poor and connectivity even in stable condition at residence is a big problem. VODAFONE has not been willing to attend the network issue and it has been avoiding it the day I started services with them. In fact Network is a common problem as per my experience with Airtel, Idea and now Jio.

International Roaming charges are claimed for the full belling cycle instead of pro-rata basis as claimed by Idea and Airtel.

Vodafone has not been able to improve its network around our residential area.

It also charges full month rate of Overseas roaming services even you get activated for a period of one (1) day whereas other telecom companies charge on pro-rata basis for number of days one has been in other countries.

Probably worst service provider based on my experience with this service provider in both data and voice service.
