Thank you, great info. more
If I may add to Ashwani ji's suggestions. A glass of hot water with half lemon juice, a spoonful of honey and half a spoonful of cinnamon powder taken in the morning on empty stomach will give great relief. Another suggestion is, add one cup of water to one cup of milk, crush and add four or five kali mirch, a dried date (Chuara) and two pieces of big dried grapes (Munakka). If green turmeric (Haldi) is available a one inch piece may be crushed and added to the above liquid. Heat on slow fire till the quantity becomes one cup and drink before bed time. You may add some Mishri to the liquid for taste. Sugar is not recommended. Do this continuously through winter and there will be lot of relief. I suggest not to go in for the advise for surgery for sucking out sinus...except loosing money and suffering at the hands of ENT Specialists, nothing will be achieved. Sinus will reoccur next winter! Yes don't forget to brush after you drink above milk to keep up you oral health ! The above remedies are from Dadi ma's old chitkas...but very effective ! more
