About TATA SKY

In My experience Few TATA Products Also is the same.
1) Tata indica - Purchased in 2012. Owner driving. ver minimal use. 2015 clocks 50000KM. All service done by TATA dealer Only. Just said the Fuel Injection pump need major service - will cost Rs,7000/-.

Our Own, Lot used "AMBASSADOR" Fuel injection pump is not yet failed after purchased in 1973.

Found out from FIP maker delphy - "Because of lowest quote for TATA" the quality of the parts inside the pump is Low quality. TATA want to give us a low cost car also giving the low quality car.

2) IOB ( Indian Over seas Bank) ATM all maintenance contract is with TCL, not a single machine is working properly. If you call them, it will be attended as they wish. The service is not for customers. Un confirmed news is Lot money is being swindled by top brass in IOB for such contract to be awarded to TCL.

3) TATA SKY the charges are very high & told - equipment failure happens often and costing lot - comparing to other providers.

It is time For TATA to think about people confident first.

i have an indigo manza bought in 2011 with extended warranty (paid) for 4 years, last three part replacements have been rejected by their agency IS Motors saying they have been rejected by company. car has been sent to service station to resolve a problem multiple times , that questions the ability of staff, replacement parts are not available, great TATA, it seems we have to bid adieu to TATA if legal action is not taken more  
TATA motors car service is worst. I was using a INDIGO GLX model and the fuel pump went bad only after 14,000 KM running. also it was never properly repaired but charged heavily by their authorized work shop. The motorized window fails quite often and petrol average is very poor. more  
At one time any product by TATA was known for quality and service but for the last few years they have taken a knock ,eavery other person is complaining Their flag ship store CHROMA is no longer deserve that confidence which was initially there. more  
I tend to agree with the views sent by many friends about the TATA products and services. I am a TATASKY customer since 2004 from Chennai and now relocated at Bangalore. TATASSKY has honoured me as one of the privileged customer. To my surprise they are still sending me the reminders for paying the subscription for my connection in Chennai. That too, after informing the Bangalore Service Provider. Secondly, TATASKY has recently done some changes in the satellite connectivity because which I experienced frequent connectivity problems. When I rang up 18602986633 the customer care officer gave rhetoric answers to my complaint and I had to request him to connect me to the technical supervisor who told very curtly that there was no problem from TATASKY and said that she would send a TATASKY installation person to examine at a cost of Rs.170/-. The local person changed the splitter of the transponder and the TV started functioning. The confidence over TATA services is going down. We do hope there will be a change for the better. TATA SKY must think on reducing its cost. Every service added is charged separately. more
