Yes, Mrs Suri. You have hit the nail on the head. SUGAR IS THE BIGGEST CULPRIT. Even carbohydrates are not bad. Restricting your calorie intake by limiting your portion size is the trick. Increasing your Physical activity by simply walking and taking the stairs is all that one has to do for not only reducing weight but also to keep all life style diseases at bay. more

Instead of doing rounds of dieticians, switch over to phulkas if you are a wheat eater and if a rice eater switch over to once a week rice eating. use least quantity of oil for chonks etc. eat one less phulka than what you can. eat more raw salads, sprouted beans in b/f. eat coarse ata and if you eat bread eat whole wheat bread. AND TO TOP IT ALL, KEEP A MILE AWAY FROM SWEETS ! MODERATION IN EVERY AREA IS THE KEY. CHECK FOR YOURSELF. more
