Please don"t be silent. Please keep all your records, that includes your complaints registered with Tata Docoma. This is because they will raise one more bill with interest. Then it will be again consuming your time. Better to close the complaint at the earliest , approaching senior level officer of Tata Docoma. All these types of complaints are because of non productive staff , and most of them are of the out sourced companies. They never bother about customer services. more
All service providers are after Business.Profit is bottom line. Customer satisfaction, Service quality and user friendly grievance redressal is not in their mind at all. Any post paid connection suffers from inflated bills wrongly/rightly and customer has to run to solve the matter. None of the top executives of service providers like TAT Docomo, idea,Airtel etc are in picture.They just do not know what happens in field. Only call centre guys are providing lip service. One must raise this to Government. PM is our only hope if this reaches him. more
