IFB is a chor company. The products are most third grade. It is advisable to you proceed against the company thru consumer forum.I had purchased one front loading washing machine around two years back from Big Bazar Electronic divisionRohini Sector 10, Delhi 110085 Within 15 days - it started problem. After various follow ups my problem ,for several months, could not be resolved. Ultimately, I decided to throw it and these big bazar people offered me price of Rs. 3000/- which was purchased from them at Rs. 35000/-.And I delivered them at Rs. 3000/-

You can not trust on the quality of most of Indian manufacturers. more

Before selling the product did Shri Moti Panjwani filed a case with Consumer Forum? more
I also agree with Mr Kaustubh Sinnarkar (Engineer ), I am also having a front loading IFB washing machine, purchased two years back and it is working without any problems till date.... I have purcahsed the said machine online with delivery address at Bhopal (MP). Mr MOTI PANJWANI has, perhaps, been cheated by Big Bazaar. It would have yielded some fruitful results had Mr MOTI PANJWANI taken up the matter with Consumer Forum. more
As far as I know IFB is from German origin & one of my friend is having Original IFB Machin which is working for more than 10 Years. So check you have Original IFB machine or not. German Technology is not as cheape as you are quoting. May be You are a cheated by Big Bazar. Big Discounts are always having reasons of Second Quality. May you are victum of Second Quality Items. more
Except few companies, other are big cheats and goes on giving false assurances. more
Mr. Moti Panjwani has set a wrong precedent by not filing a complaint in the Consumer Court - District Forum. Once a dispute is resolved through mutual settlement, the case does not lie in the court. Incidentally, it is observed loudly that Big Bazaar is neither cheap nor of good quality supplier, besides the poor after sales service. The products their are more costly than in the neighbourhood markets where consumers receive personalised sales service. In the beginning Big Bazaar used to advertise loudly that products their are the cheapest in the market. more
