6 months of PCR 2017: Inputs on One Product One MRP Compliance
In late June 2017, basis your inputs the Packaged Commodity Rules 2017 amendment was issued going into effect from Jan 1, 2018. One of the key changes made in law was One Product with same Net Contents must be sold at One MRP independent of the location where its being sold.
As we come to the 6 months of this clause being in place, we want to hear from you about your recent experiences. When you visit malls, airports, multiplexes and other locations, are you finding the same product at a different MRP. Kindly share as may examples with receipts.

Nothing is available on MRP at Air Ports. On the contrary, products are sold at 4/5 higher than their actual MRP/actual prices. more

Dear Concerned official u check on ur own at different places mentioned by u .u will find what is the real meaning of MRP. and experience the pinch If we write u may or may not believe. It is fact everybody is looting at teh behest of officials whose duty is to stop this. starting from milk vendor. Rs 1 more than the MRP. in the next door forget the great looters. more

GOVT CAN PASS ANY LAW.... BUT WHO WILL OBEY THEM...??.. COFEE IN AIRPORTS CAN BE TERMED AS NOT UNDER THE MRP REGULATION,SINCE IT IS NOT COMING IN A PACKAGED FORM. WHAT ABOUT DRINKING WATER BOTTLES..??.. WHAT ABOUT PRODUCTS LIKE BRANDED JUICES, COKES ETC..??.. ALL THESE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AT " ABOVE MRP PRICES IN DELHI AIRPORT.."..!!... CAN THIS GOVT NOT TAKE ACTION ON THEM..??.. THEY WILL NOT...!!.. SINCE ALL INVOLVED KNOW VERY WELL THAT GOVT IS NOT SERIOUS ABOUT ITS OWN LAWS..!!.. IT CAN WELL BE TERMED AS A JOKE..!!.. more
