Abnormal delay of 6- years by VATIKA BULDER ,even not stated foundation work at VATIKA INDIA NEXT at GURGOAON
We had been given allotment letter for independent floor No:11,Emilia, sect-82,block-F, at Vatika India NEXT, GURGAON , 6- years ago. Till date foundation work not started.No of e- mails , not responded- giving different excuses at different time on our personal visit. They never reply on our demand about completion schedule, site locatin /plan , though given possession to many who are influencial. We gave proof of photoes at site, showing the completed & occupied houses. For that they say- only our area is affected. Are there any body cheated like us ? If it is so, we can take up the matter jointly. We paid 1/3 of the total cost 5- years ago. more
The same is happened with me ,but i got possession of my flat after 6 years.Their crm never gave true reply of your mail. They never make arrangement of site visit .They change specs of finish( inferior ). The area never match with the drawing given to you. The quality and design is very poor. Only one 1000 ltrs O.H tank for all 3 units like others. They reduced the cost of construction by this way. The mostly staff in CRM and site is arrogant. When any sufferer take possession should match specs with their buyer's agreement and must write on their record. more
