legally it may correct , but the amount of additional charges is not justified. e.g. packed drinking water charges billed at Rs. 50/-for one bottle whereas its origional MRP is 15/- or 20/- Rs. measns additional chargesbilled for Rs. 30/- . How its legally justi fied.ther must be some limit for these charges. more

legally it is correct and can not challenged. Only the retail outlet where the consumer generally go to buy the product are covered under MRP act more
