I know we keep talking about misleading ads and have discussed regulation for it.

Is anyone aware if the regulation also provides penal clause against inappropriate ads like attached. more

Nowadays, cine, ads, entertainment are playing a major role in business & lot of revenue is attracted. Therefore, prominent & highly educated are attracted in these fields ,not only for money but to get focussed in the society. more
Advertisement, Show Business ,Cine, Entertainment Programs etc are offering better Emoluments then a normal carrier. That is why people (Specially Girls) get easily lured. There many a times the basic culture is forgotten. more
I endorse the views expressed by Mr. Rana. In today's scenario, majority girls have fallen prey to movies, TV serials and wear costumes depicted in them. Western attire has deeply influenced them. Do these girls think whether westerners wear our attire. Let's maintain and follow our culture and tradition. Atrocities against females which happen in our country today are due to this ultra modern actions by them which are against our principles. Please don't compare this with temple art and one needs to appreciate artmanship & not to look with perverted mind. But that should not be dragged to roads but the case is diagonally opposite and hence mishaps happen and we regret. more
It is not that women are being presented inappropriately but it is the women who offer themselves for all sorts of exposures for the sake of money. Their mothers give consent gladly for any body show. People have turned materialistic and they can go to any extent for make easy money and fame. more
I really wonder if people still fall for such ads and patronize products advertised in this manner. The othher most effective option is to penalise the advertiser heavily, so that no one ever will think of repeating such. more
