It is very common with courier people, not attending the consignee and say the consignee not reachable. You have fallen prey to these online fraudsters. You failed to mention the name of Website through which your son bought mobile. There are many website who cheat the customers " Dhamal .com" is one of them. Please keep on contacting the website as well as Mobile phone manufacturer. And please give the name of website also. more
If you get yourself caught in the web of Online Purchase without bothering about going through all the pros & cons & only looking for the benefits told by the online Seller then you are bound to be facing the problems. Truly if the online seller has a local unit available then first one should visit the same & see the product personally & once you are satisfied with the performance of the Instrument then only Order should be placed. Also what are the modalities they follow as far as after sales is concerned should also be properly enquired & followed otherwise the problem of receiving sub-standard or faulty material will be more & chances of getting the replacement for the faulty products will be almost negligible. Better precautions taken than falling prey to all hollow promises for online Sellers. more
few tips. a) Before on line purchase, first visit local shop and find out the features of all electronic products. b) Find out whether any new customer comes to the shop in your presence and demands the products that you are also searching. c) If the reply from the shopkeeper is satisfactory, then you also intervene in the matter and try to understand more. d) If you have any specific questions or clarifications, or doubts, get it clarified from the shop, as the shopkeeper may be more reliable than on line purchase. e) In your case, there is a clause that any product is purchase on line, it can be returned to the on line shopper and 100% refund will be received within seven working days from your complaint and/or returning of the product by the online supplier. f) In case you have not exercised this , you might not have understood the deal conditions clearly. more
