Airtel Appellate , bunch of spineless & unprofessionals

Me have Airtel postpaid SIM for cell phone. Inspite of having opted for direct debit of bills to my Citibank credit card, since 2016 it's been 4 times that Airtel don't raise invoice in the due date, this inspite of my auto debit being active. Few days later new get mail from Airtel stating that if I don't pay immediately my phone shall be disconnected ! So then I have to call up Customer Care, Go meet the local BM, ZM, who have no clue and send me to Nodal / Appellate, in meantime , services to my ph are disabled , so then have to go to local Airtel outlet pay the amount which was anyways to be collected by them . All
this drama, undue harassment , and lackadaisical attitude of Airtel right upto highest level of escalation has happened 4 times, each time Airtel apologise assuring it won't happen ever again but the pathetic saga of events continue.. None inclined to take cognisance and address this chronic festering issue.. more

I worked with Airtel for their 3rd party agencies customer first services and know the shit they do. Not only Airtel all to that matter want our money for the worthless services esp prepaid services get the worst where they should be treated well as they pay in advance for the crap they give. Jio also joined with the other dirty lot. more
In big companies left hand does not know what right hand is doing. So is the case with Airtel. more
AIRTEL IS VERY POOR IN PROVIDING PROPER SERVICE AND RESOLVING BILLING ISSUES. BETTER TO PORT TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS. AIRTEL HAS GROWN FROM SCRACH AND POOR MANAGEMENT WILL AGAIN REDUCE TO SCRACH. more
Send a bill and your advise letter to airtel FOR autodebit to Tech Makhani to air the service issue of Airtel on NDTV Tech show you will sure get better service from Airtel immediately. more
Dear Rustomji: In these days of " truthfulness ", it is never advisable to give a 'blank cheque ' to any body - leave alone to an ARROGANT service provider like Airtel mobile. Kindly switch over to Post paid service or better still pre paid service. These days Airtel have a facility for an " Annual pre paid pack " or a " 84 days pre paid pack " with unlimited SMS and or local calls. This would be a boon for you. Regarding the harassment already meted to you - Please send them a lawyer's notice for "deficient service and mental harassment" and claim Damages. While you claim damages, please include your legal charges and also a tidy sum towards mental agony. If you feel delicate about seeking money for mental agony - then claim the money and donate to some decent Charity. more
