I had taken Wi-fi connection from Airtel in year 2010 in Delhi.Now a days,the Airtel is giving free router with new connection in Delhi.Since my router is giving poor signal,I requested them to change the router free to the existing customer as they are giving free to new customers. It is regretted that they have not accepted may request being old customer.Please let us comments about your view. more
Private companies are concerned with profit and increase in business. The offers are only to attract new customers. The future benefits will not be available to the present customers. more
It is true that customer care is very poor in India. Unless the rules are in favour of proper customer care "MAKE IN INDIA" can not be successful.
