Same is applicable for Dongles also. I purchased from Company Airtel a Wifi dongle but it never worked. When logged a complaint with Company's customer care, they gave a Complaint registration number & date & time for resolution but it was never resolved. 5 such complaints were registered including Appallete authority & finally they were requested to terminate the contract as Company had failed to demonstrate the features of the Dongle assured at time of buying. However Company is keeping to continue to raise monthly bills but Wifi is not working (against 5 connections, even one is not working) even after several months/complaints/requests now. It appears they are selling products with statutory warning that "Buy Airtel products at your own risk & cost". MTS is no better. Same problem is with MTS also. more  

Dear all, Its time to ask government for portability of dish connection . All companies have monopoly now n we have to stop this. We have to post this message as petition for signing to all on social sites n then forward to government more  

I have noticed with Tata sky with rgds to some additions of new channels/sports with additional charges . Unless we check now and then for deletion of additional channels , bills will be included the charges G.K.Naidu, Hyderabad more  

Same with TATA sky, they simply add new channels and applications, add to your bill. more
