Amazon India did not Refund for Cancelled Order

Amazon India did not Refund of Rs 10999+100 courier charge=Rs.11999. Cancelled Order #406-9998531-2243547 dated 05 March 2018. I came to know when I received my credit card bill. I registered complaint with customer care of Amazon and they told me that the refund will be made in 2-3days. Again told it will be made by 14 April but not done. They called me and said it will be made by 16 April. Not done. They further promised by 21 April. NOT MADE YET. I have tried all the modes available emails, Facebook, chat, phone calls but all in vain. The customer care executives using polished words repeatedly and just doing nothing to resolve the issue just doing lip service. After 48+days I am still waiting for refund. Digital India!!!!!!!!!!! more

in consumer forum customer will get even compensation also. in addition to the principle amount so don't hesitate to go to consumer forum. more  
Any reformation in India will be successful if people of India become honest. Corruption in our country has crushed the moral values and ethics in people. more  
Please give a notice and go for consumer court. more  
Of course, it seems to be a fit case to file a complaint against Amazon India in the Consumer Forum. more  
Even credit card issuer can be approached to reverse the transaction as a disputed transaction. The transaction has been cancelled and there should be a proof of cancellation plus acknowledgement by the seller. more
