Sub: Another Pyramid Marketing Scam of Rs. 7000 Crores – gross violation of Prize chits & Money Circulation Schemes Act, 1978.

Sir,
This is bring to notice that one Harish Sondhi plus four other criminals have opened a Pyramid Marketing Company (Ponzi) & has enrolled around 5000000 members in Delhi & other states. They are Head Quartered at A-3/24, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58.

There online link can be seen at http://securedlivesonline.blogspot.in.

It is further submitted that they are selling consumer goods worth Rs.14000/- to each member in this chain scheme. That makes it Rs.7000 Crores of sales. If it is worth noting that none of the branded product they are selling is genuine. They have never paid any VAT or Service Tax till date. They have been operating since 2002 from the same address, it is very important to check them at the earliest so that other innocent people get trapped or cheated.

They started with a website called Easybizz.com the shifted to safeandsecureonlinemarking.com, & now it is running as www.safeshopindia.com. They fool the common man using one letter issued by your Deptt.’s Deputy Secretary, Shri Surendra Singh.

This is going to be a bigger scan than Noida Ponzi, if is not stopped immediately. The local SHO VATO and Income Tax Inspector regularly collect protection money. This is kind public scam brings a lot of disgrace to the Govt. it is requested that Delhi Police be asked to get into the bottom of the affair. They have number of cases registered in Bihar, U.P., Orissa, Rajasthan, Punjab and other states. They always get away by pleading that their online business has nothing to do with multichain marketing. It is not so. You look in to their corporate structure and bank accounts.

I request you to order for a complete scan of this scam. They are not paying any VAT or service tax since beginning. Their bank accounts speaks of their scam (Janakpuri IDBI and HDFC) etc.

Please get this matter investigated at the earliest before it blow out of proportion.

The name "chit" denotes cheating. Please keep away from them. more  
I read the complaints against the company "Safe & Secure Online Marketing Pvt. Ltd" and the said complaint to totally wrong because I purchased many goods at cheap price from their website, which otherwise are very expensive in the market. The goods are of higher quality and I am using the same without any complaints. It looks somebody who is against the progress of this company made these false comments ant try to misguide the people for his personal interest. more  
I am associated with this company for the last so many years and selling their products which are shown on its website. Till today I have not come across any complaints made by any customer against company or any individual. This company is providing bread and butter to my family and company has no scheme for any financial investment and it only sells good quality products. more  
I gone through the complaint as mentioned and thereafter open the website, where i saw number of products of various companies displayed, their prices were also mentioned. it was also mentioned that the company not involved in any business activities of finance or investment, etc. The company is selling various products on their website lower than then MRP as written there. It is very surprising that the person who has made the complaints has not given his name and has not gone thru the website properly. Being layman what i have heard and little knowledge that the ponzi scheme deals with investment of money where false promises of high return is made, but this company is selling the products of famous companies like Vimal, Grasim, etc after discounts to its customers and also give opportunity to people to live their livelihood. more  
www.moneylife.in has a history of unearthing scams and initiating corrective action on the same. more
