New trick by drivers due to poor app taxi policies. They're asking for drop location, accepting booking, calling, confirming, then stalling for 15-20 mins at one location so you are forced to cancel after wasting a lot of time. Same thing happened multiple times this week.
Please address this issue via your pollls and submission to govt more
i had also experienced this many times when driver cancel the trip after knowing the destination moreover many times driver of ola and uber change the route witout the customer consent. There should be some curb on this tactics of drivers more
Perhaps a common problem in recent times. It's the usual picture. This is a bad intent. But Ola & Uber never responded well. It costs the consumers only. Now a days such incidences are on rise as ineffective Govt. silent support is behind this. more
Whenever the taxi drivers cancel the trips, Taxi Operators (Ola, Uber) should pay Inconvenience Charges to the passengers. They may deduct such charges from the driver's payment or bear it themselves. more
We have also faced similar problems. Many a time they are not available when you need it. This has made the mockery of the system. It is cumbersome for Senior Citizens. more
I have also experienced this. The State governments are silence about it, is a matter of regret. In the case of Delhi government, it is playing politics with the consumers who are not politicians while the political leadership of Delhi are ensuring votes of auto and taxi drivers including fixing of meter charges but not caring to get the same implemented. Besides the complaint of Nikita Fernadeze, another issue of not going by the meters which are supposed to be going by the GPS for the installation of which consumers have been paying 0.50 Pm per Km. Another complaint is their refusal to go short distances for which they are charging at Rs.40 minimum to start. Office of Delhi Transport Secretary/Commission are deaf and dumb, while passing on the buck at the Police which is in the control of Central Government. Consumers of Delhi have to rise in unison against the pathetic transport policy. Let the AAP government know that consumers are the largest constituency of voters. Let us start a campaign against the government and the conduct of the auto taxi drivers. more
