We purchased Aqua Guard Nova in 2001 and service was satisfactory till 2012. Encouraged by their good service we purchased Aquaguard RO enhance for 2nd flat as we purchased additional flat. However after selling new machine their service became nonexistent. For aquaguard Nova older machine which had valid AMC till 2013 Dec. no body turned up despite complaints. Candle was not replaced which should have been done. Same story got repeated with RO enhance. Its AMC is till march 2016. Candle replacement was due in March 2015 but till date has not been done despite reminders. Can any body suggest if any action can be taken. more
Send a registered notice to the service provider. If there is no redressal or if reply is unsatisfactory, you can file a consumer dispute for deficiency in service, at the local district forum. more
