Auto Pay will require OTP

I think Govt has accepted another one of LocalCircles ask. Banks & networks like HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis, Mastercard, Amex to decline all auto pay transactions from April 1.

But this is being done for India based vendors. Not sure about foreign vendors. more

It's not a bad idea. Such measure gives an opportunity to take corrective measures incase any one does a mistake with no intent. It may benefit users only. more
