Ban of Tobacco

Though the Health Minister Sateyndar Jain imposed the ban on tobacco products in Delhi in March, he has not been able to get the ban implemented due to strong tobacco lobby and their smart lawyers.

What is it that over 27,000 citizens of Delhi and NCR can do to ensure this ban is enforced.

Why is the PM not interested in a National Ban on Tobacco. Does JP Nadda the health minister not understand the positive impact it would have as the country has lower rates of cancer and more importantly the young generation not falling prey to the menace of smoking.

Can we all wake and shake on this thing and work with Minister. more

Cigarette and tobacco are cancer for society , this is reason that government increase excise and make it costly in budget , now about total ban we need to get national consciousness there should be debate and actual data to be collected by government for merits/demerits to arrive at conclusive decision. more
