Being Cheated by NCR Builder Mahaluxmi Homz, Migsun group, Kaushambi

I am writing this to seeking help from my experienced friends.. If anybody is having right way pl. share and guide me..
I had booked a flat on 10th March 2014 with Mahaluxmi Homz, Sec-14, Kaushambi presently known as Migsun Group. They assured me just to invest 20% booking amount and rest pay on possession. On goodfaith and on verbal commitments I had paid 20% booking amount ie 12 Lakh Rs.
They people (migsun group) assured me that they will provide me Sanction map of GDA, Floor approval and FAR sanction plan within a day or two from 10th March 2014 I am struggling to get these verified documents.
In Jan 2015 I had put a pressure to show legal gda documents or refund my money. They refuse to provide me the same and given solution - "that if you want to take your money write a mail stating that you are not interested to continue and want your money back. I had written a mail for the same. From that day I am running piller to post to get my invested money back, now people from migsun group Mr. Yash Miglani, Mr. Sunil Miglani, Mr. Rizwan, Mr. Bharat, Mr. Amit Govil, Ms. Deepti, Mr. Sandeep not taking my phones.
I had sent a regd. post letter - after 1 month no reply, gone 10 times to their Migsun-Raj Nagar Office - No reply / Non answered, Sent consumer court Advocate notice-From last 1 month No reply. Where should I go what is the wayout to get my money back I had paid all thru cheques to mahaluxmi consortium pvt. ltd. and now stuck.

This is nothing but cheating. Most of the builders are doing the same thing. That is why, a bill in on the anvil to make such builders accountable and fixing criminal liability. Due to logjam in Lok Sabha, this bill could not be introduced. Let us hope for early passage of bill. Builders/ Developers are opposing the proposed bill. more
