I bought a 3+1+1 sofa set from flipkart. The brand name is WESTIDO. The product is of low quality. I should in fact say very low quality. After using the sofa for 1 week the back rest of the three seater broke. Now there is no return policy as it exceeded 10 days. But there is a 1 year warranty which westido provides for repairs. I called up westido and after multiple calls and discussions came to a conclusion that they cannot help me out. They sent a representative home to check the sofa status. The rep saw and asked us to return it, this product cannot be returned as The grace period was over with flipkart. Now westido is not relying to my emails not to any calls. The sofa is lying idle as we cannot use it. What should I do? Flipkart cannot help! more
Flipkart is a fraud who does not have policy and lock the account and their customer care are pathetic who don't have the guts to answer and the management is also the same.. more
