1)All BSNL employees should come in time. It is pathetic to note that the Govt. still allows such things. 2) They should know what is the value of other's time. If you mail some thing to senior officials I am sure you will not get reply for at least 15 days UNLESS you send a few remnders. 3) If you go to any BSNL office seeking some query I am sure you will return frustrated. They keep on talking persnal things in phone, caring the least for customers. 4) To get refund of deposit after surrendering the broad band or land line, you have to really beg as if they throw their money. 5) Their working time to be modified to 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM and six days. Salary to be reduced by 50%. Late comers, irrespective of their position, should be terminated with NO BENEFITS as they are the biggest excess bagagge of the Nation. 6) Their job to be continued only if no complants about them are established genuinely. more

BSNL may have to follow Air India as it has failed miserably inspite of vast All India network at its disposal. e.g. 0130-2219219 and 0130-2219333 remain unattended to inspite of over three months continuous complaints after complaints... more
