I feel each one of the 8000 members should rate a builder or real estate developer. All the crooks that are rated, this circle with BJP cell should submit their information to consumer bodies so this cheating stops and actions are taken against these builders. more
I think it is not as simple as posted. Certainly a good idea but it requires lot of background work and some strategic planning to bring it to a logical conclusion. more
I do not consider it a good Idea since by judging by the response to your query you will understand that lots of respondents are not ready to involve actively and rate a builder, due to dis-interest only such builders get away with their acts. There are lots of forums like Mouthshut.com where some one can voice their grievances. I feel Govt should involve Credit Rating Agencies like 'CRISIL' 'CARE' who already rate investment instruments by forcing projects to get rating by such agencies before marketing will help a better understanding of builder, project from buyer and legal perspective. Hope all agree. more
