Cadbury is selling malicious chocolate bars

I have been gifted Cadbury Celebration packet worth Rs. 150 on Rakshabandhan, when I opened the bar I was shocked when I saw mould all over it and white tags. The consumption of that bar can cause some serious health problems and regarding that I have registered a complaint in Mondelez International company(formerly Cadbury) on 19th August, they told me that they will send their sales officer to my house to pick the sample with 2-3 days and today is 22nd August and I have not even received a phone call from the responsible person. I would request you all to boycott Cadbury Products, children's favourite company, as they are not safe for children anymore. Their product was malicious and contaminated with bacteria or something which is invisible to the human eye. more

Try complaining on social media or at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ more
You need to lodge a complaint with the Food inspector in your area and also file a written complaint to Cadbury (email) and address it to all the email id's you can source of Cadbury. The retailer might be to blame for non-air-conditioning or unhygienic environment but I do not agree with this logic. The chocolate photos you have shared come packaged in air-tight packaging ensuring they can not get infected anywhere down the supply chain. The product may lose its shape but definitely cannot get infected within its expiry date. All packaged food companies add preservatives to take care of this. I strongly believe that the problem is at Cadbury's end unless the package you bought was open or not sealed properly. more
