Carteling and Eliminating Competition

I am new to the local circles platform but seems good way to understand and solve problems. One issue I find violated quite common in our country is competition. Companies form cartels in many cases or they merge such that they can control the market.

Can the administrators of these circles also reach out to Competition Commission of India and connect them. That way such issues can be brought in public domain and discussed and acted upon. more

Sri SK Virmani is exactly correct. Businessmen exploiting public and govts. Lapse of Ethics in any Business tender Government Control over the Pricing Factor too. This had been ignored with set changes in the practice of Audit. The issue of non realization of their basic duty in delivering goods with the revised rate EVEN under GST is different and legally tenders punishment. Governments have to educate Business Sector about the Ethics of Business SINCE NO RIGHT IS SET TO CONFISCATE LEGITIMATE AND REASONABLE PRICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Control of Profiteering is so a mandatory issue under the mandates of the Constitution too . Actions by GOI are well needed comprehensively . more

It is simple fact that thr cartlisation companies want to become monopolistic and nobody there to check their prices and our CCI is useless like RIL, Bharti just to name few big corporates who are monopoly in few sectors and small players will dye becos they cannot compete with these big firms and final result customer has to pay higher price for lesser value goods/services !! in India everything is possible and here the looser is end consumer/poor middle class people !!! more
It should be seen case by case and then corrective action/reporting can be done. more
