Charging more than MRP

I bought Tasty treat pasta with Mrp 75/- and when i cross checked with Bill it was charged Rs 85/-
after complaining with Big Bazaar customer cell they said taker refund of Rs10/- and rest the case.

since i checked and objected they are ready to refund, but i feel cheated and they are continuously doing same, attached are the invoice copy.
Big bazaar employee agreed that you are the first to complain and no body else has complained more

When I buy monthly Grocessories from Hyper city of approx Rs 10000/-,they charge GST separately and it comes to around 1500 to 2000.They are charging to all customers.Is it right?Can any one advise on this? more  
HYPER AND SUPER MARKETS ARE BYFURCATING THE PRICES FOR EXAMPLE IF MRP 100 BUT THEY ARE SELLING AT 90 BILL WOULD 86 + GST 4 ASSUMING 5% AS GST more  
This is a easy way of cheating by big stores. more  
So need awareness all the way more
