Cheater Big Basket - On line fraud - Holding my money

Cheater Cheater Big Basket - On line fraud - I have downloaded BigBasket app and the same allowed me to book the requirements. After booking caption came for deposit of the amount in my account. After that, they informed that the items are not available and thrown me outside the app. Thereafter I tried at least 20-25 times, caption came that slot is not available. Fed up with the same. I told them to close my account and return me my amount of Rs. 1000/- Instead of returning the amount they are further giving me guidelines without any action. They are the Big cheaters. I don't know how many other clients would have suffered like me. more

I am dealing with Big Basket Daily. They do want deposit of money before order is confirmed. Taking advantage of COVID-19 pandemonium BB Daily has increased service charges making it double i.e. Rs. 2/- per day as against Re. 1 per day earlier which was also refunded if one's monthly purchase of milk was more than Rs 2500/-. more  
The only remedy is to file a consumer case against Big Basket in the District Consumer Forum /Commission and claim heavy cost and compensation. Do not become slack.unless you fofht, merchants will always try to cheat. You can fight the case yourself. No advocate is required. more  
Mr Neelesh, it appears that you are cheated by some fishy or fraud site.First of all the big basket does not ask any deposit before you order .Secondly the emial Id bbdailysupportis is not of genuine big basket INwhich city you are residing ? Just ck to whose account the money has gone? For your information any payment made to real Big Basket goes to the account of Innovative Retial Concepts Pvt. Ltd. more

Posting "Anonymously" itself is deplorable when your case is genuine please. However, I am of the personal view that due to one or two stray incidents, it is unfair for one to name an organisaton as "Cheater" or "Fraud". I have been using Bigbasket for several years now and I have never faced any issues with them at all. There may many others also who might have happy experience with their services. Therefore, how can I or such others agree with your branding them as "cheaters"? more
