Cheating by NoBrokers.com

Never ever do business with NoBrokers. They claim to save brokerage on sale / rent of property. At least brokers deliver and then take their due. These guys take your money upfront and do not give you any service.
I am one of their victims. When you list your property on their website you receive calls from them selling their services as under:

Seller Best Effort Relax Plan.

Guaranteed top display slot on NoBroker website for 90 days for more buyer inquiries

NO unwanted or fake calls, your details are 100% Confidential

A personal Relationship Manager at your service to shortlist genuinely interested buyers

Your Relationship Manager will schedule appointments whenever it is convenient to you

Regular activity updates on NoBroker Mobile App

Advice on accurate selling price for the property

Plan costs Rs. 9 k Approx and is valid for the period of 90 days
After that nothing happens and your calls / emails are all in vain.
I have registered a grievance with the NCF and eventually will go to consumer court
I would suggest that all guys cheated by them should do this together more

Thanks for informing us of the stance of this company. I will not do business with them. more
Any firm/company/institution incurs regular expenses for its operation. To survive and benefit, they will need to earn a reasonable profit regularly on their investments and operations. This is the basic. anything over and above this is profiteering. So, if any entity claims that it is providing service for free, it is in fact making dishonest statement. Do not believe in such statements and promise. more
The website itself is a broker. So if you are misled by name it is your fault. There are many websites where you can upload details of your property for sale. Remember there is no free lunch. Maintenance of a website require fund and they recover it any way, by hook or crook. more
