Class action lawsuit against myntra

Myntra has been charging gst above MRP. A class action lawsuit must be filed against this company basis this order by Chandigarh court.

Till then, why not we Boycot such Vendors? more  
Myntra is selling duplicate products as well , ordered Nike sports shoes . And with in 3 months stitches are coming out . Now can not ask for return or replace as it crossed 30 days. Myntra and Snapdeal we should avoid . more  
Yes, Indian merchants have the concept of not taking goods back once sold. Whereas Amazon, Flipkart etc e-commerce firm accept goods back within the time frame stipulated. I personally experienced with Amazon. My other experience is that bills for all my purchases from these e-commerce firms, were correct till now. In any system, there may be errors which need to be identified & fixed them, instead it is not wise to take a call to refrain from buying from them. more  
Many of the online traders have lost their business ethics..they always have limited number of cases just to show case.. Their transparency is fast eroding and they just don't care about consumers or clients and fail to oblige with the refund policy..so many cases in recent times more
