Seems like consumer affairs ministry had some big event with Prime Minister yesterday and there was discussion on class action suit where if a large number of consumers are facing a common issue they can come together a file such suit. this is common practice and a very successful one in many countries...i urge the local circles to build this capability in the platform as we discuss many common issues here.. more
The idea could be helpful in solving many of our issues together instead of approaching the courts for justice individually, which would also substantially cut down the cost. more
