Considering a membership as we are now settled in Delhi and they have a bunch of places up north. I request all members who are current members to give feedback on services. Is the membership worth the money? Do you get bookings when you want. Are they fair and transparent about bookings?

Not a good option, customer service is very bad. Their resorts are nice but always very from the population and you are forced to eat all your meals their and the meal prices are very expensive, I hace paid Rs, 250 for a small glass of milk for the baby. They make money from food services. Better option is that you deposit that money in a fixed deposit or in a debt mutual fund and then you are free to enjoy your vacation any where of your choice from the interest earned. more

Resorts might be lovely but when it comes to resolution of customer grievances, its a case of sour grapes. They'll assure all help but don't even call back. It's finally you who keeps running behind them as its your money you have invested with them. Your bookings depend basically on the season you choose in your membership. So if you choose the top most season you can book and get a reservation as per your requirement else you are at their mercy as I'm discovering now, even for free offer nights where season or type of apartment doesn't hold. So you need to be very careful and do your homework well before you choose. more
