How to submit online complaint to GST authorities for supplier not remitting GST and we cannot get ITC. Please suggest way out... more

AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE U MAY LOGIN UR ACCOUNT AND FILE COMPLAINT UNDER:USER SERVICE>Grievance / Complaints>COMPLAINTS AGAINST REGISTERED TAXPAYERS. more

Factually the Authorities does not have any Grievance Redressal Mechenisum, NOR did the will to rectify the same. One can go to the vigilance &/or the Regional Director to lodge his complaint. And to await the cognizance and results. more

Companies, getting the chances of evading or not reporting taxes - first by crying that GST is very complicated, Govt must remove the need for reporting purchase details. Now - neither MSME-1 nor the invoices can be tracked. Action required by People who wants the GST system to be stable and flawless. more

It might be possible that supplier filed GSTR1 on quarterly basis. So, just check on GSTR2A regularly for the same. more
